PROF. DR. ABDÜSSELAM ULUÇAM PARTICIPATED AS A SPEAKER AT THE EVENT ON AESTHETICS IN ISLAMIC ARCHITECTURE.
The event on Aesthetics in Islamic Architecture, organized by the Art History student community on March 11, 2024, took place with great interest. The invited speaker of the event was Prof. Dr. Abdüsselam ULUÇAM, Faculty Member of the Archaeology Department of our Faculty. Prof. Dr. ULUÇAM's speech on the concept of aesthetics in Islamic architecture was highly appreciated by the participants. Prof. Dr. ULUÇAM, who discussed the aesthetic elements of Islamic architecture in detail, shared important information by providing an in-depth perspective to the participants. The event was a platform where students and academicians interested in the field of Art History came together and provided a valuable information exchange environment. The event, organized with the contributions of Prof. Dr. Abdüsselam ULUÇAM, offered the opportunity to better understand the aesthetic dimension of Islamic architecture.
At the end of the event, the Dean of the Faculty of Letters Prof. Dr. Muhittin KAPANŞAHİN presented a certificate of appreciation to our esteemed professor and a gift was presented by the Art History Club.
